Stages of Recruitment
Encode applicant’s information in the BMC Data Base Management System.
Submission of requirements.
Recruitment Officer (RO) and the appropriate Technical Evaluator (TE) conduct preliminary interview, intensive evaluation and skill test.
Recruitment Officer conducts background verification on the applicant.
Recruitment Officer prepares shortlist of pre-qualified applicants.
Recruitment Officer submits initial shortlisted applicants to the Foreign Principal for evaluation and approval.
Foreign Principal forwards final list of pre-approved applicants to the Recruitment Officer.
Preliminary orientation is given to applicants for the final interview.
Employer conducts final interview.
Employment offer is made to successful applicants.
Recruitment Officer discusses to the applicants the content of employment contract, duties and responsibilities, employer’s profile, and BMC’s role as agency.
Applicants sign employment contract, submit passport, NBI clearance and other necessary documents.
Applicants undergo medical examination, trade test and other necessary skill test.
POEA (Exit Clearance) processing
Applicants attend Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) in POEA accredited institutions;
Recruitment Officer conducts Pre-employment Orientation Seminar to applicants to discuss departure and arrival procedures in the country of destination.
Notify employer regarding the arrival of the applicants.

11. Revocation of Special Power of Attorney (For employer who wants to revoke existing accreditation to other Philippine Licensed Agency)
12. Dual Accreditation Undertaking (For employer who wants to be accredited to more than 1 Philippine Licensed Agency)
All of the above original documents must be verified by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO). In the absence of POLO, the documents shall be duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy / Consulate which has jurisdiction over the site.
